Spray Painter - Birmingham (WV13)
- £14.95 per hour
- Based at the Pickerings depot in Willenhall, West Midlands
- 45 hours per week, 7.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday
- Overtime hours paid at one and a half times basic hourly rate

We design and supply solutions to a diverse customer base, including schools needing extra classrooms, commercial businesses needing additional office space and construction sites needing a complex of offices and welfare facilities.
The Role
As a key member of the depot’s operations team, you’ll be responsible for spray painting and finishing of our accommodation units to the highest standards in readiness for their delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing accommodation units for painting, including sanding, masking, and cleaning surfaces
- Applying high-quality spray paint finishes to external and internal areas of units
- Carrying out touch-ups and repairs as required
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with health & safety guidelines
- Maintaining equipment and keeping work areas clean and tidy
- Supporting the operations team with minor maintenance, cleaning and furnishing of units
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- Previous experience in spray painting (ideally in construction, automotive, or industrial settings)
- Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
