Project Co-ordinator - Head Office

The Role

Reporting to our National Construction Manager and based at our Head Office in Measham, Derbyshire, as Project Coordinator, you’ll play a significantly important role in the successful delivery of modular building projects. You’ll assist in the planning and initiation of project schedules and the identification and coordination of associated resources. After a project’s initiation, you’ll monitor its progress and ensure changes are recorded and communicated to the construction team to keep the project running smoothly. Throughout a project you’ll also schedule and attend meetings with the project’s stakeholders to record minutes, risks and issues and coordinate and track completion of action points.

About You

You’ll have experience of project control, planning and performance reporting, ideally gained from the construction industry. You’ll be well organised and have excellent administrative skills to be able to set up and maintain accurate project schedules, reports and control of documents, along with being tenacious to ensure project milestones are met. You’ll  be able to communicate effectively and professionally over the telephone and in e-mails to establish and maintain positive and effective relationships with customers, senior management and project delivery teams.
