Credit Controller - Head Office

  • £18,582 per annum
  • Part time – 22 ½ hours per week, Wednesday to Friday
  • Based at our Head Office in Measham

We design and supply solutions to a diverse customer base, including schools needing extra classrooms, commercial businesses needing additional office space and construction sites needing a complex of offices and welfare facilities.

The Role

You will join a team of four within the credit control function, supporting the day-to-day administration of customer accounts and helping ensure payments are received on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the management and collection of outstanding customer balances
  • Set up and maintain customer accounts within the assigned section of the ledger
  • Carry out routine credit control tasks, including chasing payments by phone and email
  • Allocate customer payments accurately
  • Raise and send invoices and statements
  • Handle basic invoice and account queries, escalating where necessary
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Assist with monthly and year-end accounts, including bank reconciliations, trial balance preparation, and audit support
  • Support the wider finance team with general administrative duties

​About You

  • Previous experience in an administrative or accounts/credit control role is desirable
  • Comfortable communicating with customers and colleagues
  • Well organised with good attention to detail
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
  • A positive and reliable approach to work
