Executive Assistant - Part Time

Reporting to: HR Business Partner

Based at our Head Office in Measham, this role is to provide efficient administrative support to the Company’s senior leadership team. â€‹

The role is office based, working 0930 to 1430, Monday to Friday each week.

Main Duties

  • Manage the diaries and e-mails of senior managers
  • Support senior managers with note taking during business and HR meetings
  • Maintain the Company’s recruitment portal with timely posting and closing of vacancies
  • Schedule interviews for managerial positions and issue psychometric tests to candidates
  • As directed, engage the services of recruitment agencies and act as the liaison between them and the Company
  • Issue job offers and contracts to new employees
  • Maintain the accuracy of the Company’s HR system through timely processing of new starters, leavers and amendments
  • Collate all changes to employee salaried employees’ records to support the Finance Director in processing the monthly payroll
  • Collate senior managers’ reports and produce a consolidated monthly board pack for issue to the Company’s owners
  • Schedule meetings and where necessary, book refreshments with external caterers
  • Book accommodation for employees working away from home
  • Maintain accurate records of ad-hoc expenditure on Company credit cards to assist with expense claims
  • Effectively handle speculative telephone and email enquiries on behalf of the business
  • Order promotional branded items for events and workwear for senior managers

About You

​You will have experience of providing administrative support to senior managers, where you have acted with the utmost of discretion and confidentiality. You will be able to communicate confidently and be computer literate. â€‹
